2)     Committee Updates
a)     Architect Review: Plans were submitted for three fences and one pool fence; an inquiry was made about a large garage as part of new construction.
b)    Covenant enforcement: No new complaints. If covenants are not followed, FRHOA board will assess a $150 monthly fee on violators after they have been given their 30-day violation notice. Unpaid fees can be recovered through court action.
c)     Clubhouse: There were 2 reservations in March. Louise will schedule floor and window cleaning in next few weeks. We still want to add A/V system; estimates are needed. Mike provided some options on stackable patio dining chairs and folding tables; ~$2500 for 16 chairs and 4 tables. Front locks and hot heater issues still need to be addressed.
d)    Pools: New locks have been installed in main gate, and bathrooms. Replacement keys were made; these will be distributed soon. John and Phil met with plumbing company to get an estimate for adding a shut-off valve and running a bigger/second water line to pool to allow filling and flushing simultaneously. They suggested a second line with new meter was best approach; FUD estimate for that was $1735.After new meter is installed, plumbing work can start. Opening date for the pools is projected to be around May 20.
e)     Tennis court: New lock will be installed and gate modified for better access.
f)     Social: An adult get-together, featuring Bingo is scheduled for April 24. The FRHOA annual meeting will be on July 15.
g)    Landscape & Erosion:. Mike will meet with Volunteer to get estimates on bush hogging this spring and planting of shrubs along pool fence.
h)     Safety & Security: No new action.
i)      Communication: No new action.
j)      Welcoming committee: Louise and Noel will continue to check with recent sales to be sure they have directory and contact information. They identified about 7 recent house transfers.
3)     Financial Status: Christian provided an update on our finances. FRHOA expenses for March were $7605, dues and fees collected were $119, and we have $96,531 in our bank accounts. The amount includes projected carry-over of approximately $70,000 for reserve fund and several larger items budgeted for spring that may occur at start of new FY.
4)     New business:. There are several new developments projected by the Town of Farragut that may impact us; board members were encouraged to attend TOF meetings to gain more information and to comment, as individual residents.
5)     The next meeting was tentatively set for Wednesday, May 13, at 7 PM.
